Interior house painting in San Diego. Clean walls, clean crew, clean finish.
A good interior paint job isn't about the paint — it's about the prep. We fill nail holes, sand glossy trim, caulk seams, mask every edge, and lay drop cloths across floors before the first gallon opens. Low-VOC paint from Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore, two coats standard, walls back to furniture by the time we leave.

What do homeowners ask about Interior Painting?
How much does interior painting cost in San Diego?
A single room runs $650–$1,400 depending on wall height, trim detail, and how much prep is needed. A full-interior 3-bedroom repaint usually lands between $3,800 and $6,500 with two coats on walls, ceilings, and trim. We'll walk the house, measure, and give a written flat-rate quote — no square-foot estimating tricks.
What paint do you use?
Sherwin-Williams Emerald or SuperPaint for walls and Pro Classic enamel for trim and doors. Benjamin Moore Regal or Aura on request. All low-VOC, washable, and color-matched to whatever swatch you pick. We don't cut to builder-grade paint on customer jobs.
Do I need to move furniture?
We move anything two people can lift. You'll want to take down wall art, family photos, and anything fragile before we start. Bigger furniture gets pulled to the center of the room and covered in plastic. We put everything back before leaving.
How long until I can put things back on the walls?
Low-VOC latex is dry to the touch in 1 hour and recoatable in 4. You can hang pictures back up the next day. Full cure (for things like wiping the walls with a damp cloth) takes about 30 days — typical for any waterborne paint.
Can you color-match an existing wall?
Usually yes. We chip a small sample at an outlet or behind a cabinet, run it through the Sherwin-Williams color reader, and get a match within a few percentage points. Faded sun-wall paint is harder — the original formula and the wall are two different colors now.

Homeowners who hired us for this
Whole interior of a 3-bedroom in four days. Crew arrived at 8, worked clean, moved furniture themselves, and the cut lines around our textured ceiling are the sharpest I've ever seen on a paint job. Color turned out exactly like the sample.
Got three quotes. Paint Pros was the only one who walked me through the stucco prep in detail — which cracks needed elastomeric, which didn't. They spec'd a premium paint, not the cheapest. Nine months in, zero issues. Fair price for the work that went in.
Transformed our 90s oak kitchen. Doors off-site in a spray booth, sharp lines, handles upgraded. A week from drop-off to reinstall. Our kitchen looks like a $40,000 remodel but it cost us $5,400. Best ROI of anything we've done to this house.
